Cancellation & Refunds Regarding Our Product

UNFORTUNATELY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

However, given the nature of the goods we provide, we are aware that extraordinary situations can happen.

For the following reasons, we DO grant requests for a refund:

Certain conditions mentioned on a particular digital product: Certain digital products might clearly indicate that a satisfaction guarantee is the basis for a full or partial refund. (If our goods comes with a satisfaction guarantee; if you are not happy, you can request a refund.)

Product not as described: Reports of this kind must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. It is necessary to present convincing proof that the product is not what was advertised on the internet.Claims that result only from the customer’s incorrect hopes or desires are not taken seriously.

Duplicate Payment: Within seven working days of the customer’s notification, a refund of the duplicate payment will be issued using either the original payment method or a convenient alternative.

Note: If a refund request is approved and validated, it will be completed within 7 days (condition applies). E GRAHOK does not offer price protection and retains the right to modify subscription costs at any time.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to our products’ incompatibility with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) unless the software is specifically marked as compatible in a description that is available on the sales page of each product. We do not offer assistance for third-party apps, nor do we guarantee that our solutions are completely compatible with any third-party programs, including web hosts.

Refund requests can be sent to refund@brighthivedigital.com up to one week following the date of the order. Along with your request, you should provide thorough justification for your refund request. Please confirm that your request does not conflict with our privacy policy or terms of use.

Refunds through Payment Gateway

When it comes to refunds made through payment gateways, Bright Hive Digital will only be responsible to the amount of the refund’s approval and for processing them to the payment gateway vendors within ten business days of the refund’s approval. Under no circumstances will Bright Hive Digital be held liable for any delays in the user receiving their refund. Any delays in the crediting of a refund, after it has been approved by Bright Hive Digital, will be between the User and the bank or payment gateway provider. All refund monies will be managed by the bank or the payment gateway vendor.
